My name is Britt Dautzenberg, 21 years old. I was born in Maastricht, but raised Lanaken, where I still live with my mother. I finished my studies in Business Education in 2020.

As you already know, we at Tripolis have also been working on making our office building more sustainable in 2022. After insulating the walls and installing solar panels, among other things, we had a specialist perform a measurement to receive an energy label.

It is the topic of almost every day, rising energy costs are keeping minds busy. In October, the government announced a scheme to assist SME entrepreneurs with rising energy costs. The scheme which goes named under the name TEK (gemoetkoming Energiekosten) is expected to be opened in the 2nd quarter of 2023 and will apply retroactively from November 2022.
Income tax entrepreneurs can currently allocate a (capped) portion of their profits to the old-age reserve. Specifically, this means they can deduct this amount from taxable income and thus enjoy a tax advantage.
