New communication portal for tax returns

From this month, we are using the new communication portal. This way of working together enables us to communicate with our customers even more efficiently.

Via the portal, we share, among other things, the submitted sales tax returns, which can be paid directly via an attached payment link. No more problems with incorrectly entered payment characteristics or late payments.

In addition, the customer can easily view and approve the annual accounts. After approval, the filing figures are immediately sent to the Chamber of Commerce. The nice thing about the portal is that it is always accessible and that you can easily download all your returns, annual documents and other data here when you need them. You can easily log in to our own secure environment by entering your e-mail address. (Click here to go to the login page)

You will then receive a link secured with the last four digits of your BSN or RSIN number.

In the coming months, we will start filling the portal with the annual documents and returns for the past 3 years.
