Introducing... Marcel Hermans

I am Marcel Hermans, consultant in the broad field of compensation and payroll processing and the questions employers have regarding their personnel. I live in Eijsden with my wife and daughter, but she will be moving to her own apartment soon. We enjoy our regular restaurant visits and performances at the theater or concert halls.

After my HBO HR education, I went through the courses in the field of payroll processing, but actually learned the most from all the conversations with employers and questions that are very diverse in practice and usually require customization. I started working in payroll processing in 1984 and over the years moved more and more into an advisory role. After working for almost 25 years at one of the larger accounting firms, I was able to handle personnel management myself for 10 years as co-owner at 2 companies where I was also able to experience that side of the profession. Since 2017 I have been working as an independent (salary) consultant.

Recently, I came in contact with Tripolis. It quickly became apparent that we are on the same page in advising and supporting clients. I look forward to working with the team to make a difference for the clients.
