Tripolis Academy: Continuing professional development for better customer support

At Tripolis, we place great emphasis on continuous professional development. We have recently launched our own training institute, the Tripolis Academy. Through the Academy, we ensure that all our colleagues have up-to-date knowledge across a wide range of specialist areas, such as strategy, taxation, legal structures, financial planning, communication and AI.

This ongoing training not only helps us internally, but above all enables us to identify client needs more effectively. For example, when we recognise a potential issue relating to financial planning, tax optimisation or legal structuring during ongoing assignments or meetings, our broad foundational knowledge allows us to assess more quickly and accurately which specialist colleague should be brought in to provide the client with the best possible support.

The Academy is all about learning together: colleagues share their expertise, lead sessions for one another and, in doing so, build a strong, multidisciplinary knowledge base within Tripolis. This collaborative learning makes our services more consistent, more focused and even better tailored to our clients’ practical needs.

The first lecture was delivered by Rob Kusters, founder of the Academy, and the second by Roger Klinkeberg on VAT, with many more lectures to follow.
