Bas Pleijers

My name is Bas Pleijers, born in 1968 in Mechelen and living, together with my wife Diane Speetjens in Partij.

After training at the MDS in Heerlen, I worked in retail for over 20 years. After a career switch, I started working as an inside sales representative at Bidfood in Geleen. Then I continued my career at the LVO Foundation in Maastricht as financial officer. Then I took on a new challenge at Fiducia Accounting in Mechelen and since December 1 I have enthusiastically started working as a consultant at Tripolis Insight.

In my spare time I am treasurer of the KCC Foundation in Mechelen, this foundation consists of a group of cycling enthusiasts who annually organize the KCC Challenge and a field cross.

I also do the PR for Toneelvereniging Onder ons in Wijlre. And in my spare time I am a fervent Rowwen Hèze fan and regularly visit their concerts with my wife and other fans.
