Tax authorities send information letters to non-objectors box 3

Following the mass objection plus procedure, State Secretary Van Rij promised that all non-objectors for the years 2017 to 2020 will be entitled to a final court ruling, even if they did not file an application. Non-objectors who objected later will receive an information letter from the Tax Administration in the coming period. Action from the taxpayer or the authorised representative (accountant) is not required. Source: NBA
